On 2/2/2007 it was brought to our attention a new Virginia based startup (website registered 12/2006)
had copied large portions of our website. After documenting the offense we offered the websites' owner
a simple choice; remove our content from her website or we would report the offense to Google and
Ebay (where she advertised her service), her website provider (a site provider is legally obligated to
remove a site that is breaking copyright law) and contact our lawyer to begin legal proceedings. Within
an hour our content was removed from her site. On 2/6/2007 she had her site back up and running with
new content, source unknown.
On 12/29/07 a new ebay seller (joined Aug-07) created an ebay store ad by copying content from of our
website. When warned that she is using content that we hold the copyright to her response was "The
way I advertise is none of your business". Legal action has been initiated.
UPDATE: She now understands the ramifications of her actions. Ignorance of copyright law is not a
viable defense in a court of law.

It's unfortunate time has to be wasted dealing with such foolishness. We will no longer issue
warnings for copyright infringement. Immediate legal action seeking statutory damages ($150,000)
will be undertaken for any copyright infringement of our work.
