When you insert the video DVD into a DVD player a table of contents will be displayed. Below are
examples of several possible table of contents formats we may use. We select the best table of
contents layout based on the number of chapters you have and the length of your chapter
descriptions. Note: If your slide show only has 1 chapter and does not have a chapter description
then no table of contents will be displayed.

Below is an example of a table of contents with 3 chapter thumbnails displayed per screen and long
chapter descriptions. We can accommodate chapter descriptions of up to 4 lines with
approximately 30 characters per line.

Shorter chapter descriptions allow room for more chapter thumbnails to be displayed per screen.
Here is an example with 6 chapters displayed in the table of contents screen and the Collie chapter
is highlighted. If the "enter" button on the remote was pressed the Collie chapter would play.

Our last example doesn't have any chapter descriptions so we can display 8 chapter thumbnails in
the table of contents screen. The PLAY ALL option happens to be highlighted in this example.

On a computer: Use your mouse to highlight the desired chapter thumbnail and click. The slides
in the selected chapter will be displayed at intervals of approximately 5 seconds per slide
followed by a 1 second transitional fade.
On a television: Use the arrow keyed on your DVD remote control to highlight the desired chapter
thumbnail and press enter. The slides in the selected chapter will be displayed at intervals of
approximately 5 seconds per slide followed by a 1 second transitional fade.
You can also select PLAY ALL and all the chapters in your slide show starting with chapter 1 will
be played.

chapters than can fit on a single table of contents screen we will create a multi-screen table of
